Interactive corporate training workshop in a modern loft space

The Corporate Training your team will actually remember

Most training evaporates within a week. We build programs around real-world friction, practice under pressure, and reinforcement loops that make new skills permanent. Based in Québec, delivered across Canada.

How we build programs that stick

We follow a four-phase cycle that treats training as a behaviour-change project, not a calendar event. Every phase feeds data into the next, so your investment compounds over time instead of fading.

01

Diagnostic deep-dive

We interview stakeholders, shadow teams on the job, and review performance data to pinpoint the exact skill gaps that cost you time and revenue. No generic needs assessments — we map the friction your people actually face.

02

Scenario architecture

Using real situations from your organization, we design practice scenarios that mirror the complexity of daily work. Participants solve problems they recognize, which accelerates transfer to the job.

03

Facilitated immersion

Sessions blend short concept bursts with extended practice rounds. Our facilitators coach in real time, giving feedback that is specific enough to act on immediately. No death-by-PowerPoint.

04

Reinforcement cadence

After the workshop, participants enter a 90-day reinforcement cycle: micro-challenges, peer accountability pods, and manager check-in guides. This is where most training providers disappear — and where we double down.

Industry specializations

Every sector has its own language, regulations, and pressure points. We have built deep expertise in four verticals, which means less ramp-up time and more relevant practice scenarios for your teams.

Healthcare team discussing patient care strategy

Healthcare and life sciences

Communication under time pressure, interdisciplinary handoffs, patient safety culture, and regulatory compliance coaching for frontline and leadership teams in hospitals and clinics.

Manufacturing engineers reviewing production plans

Manufacturing and logistics

Lean leadership, shift-supervisor coaching, safety behaviour reinforcement, and cross-functional problem-solving workshops designed for plant-floor realities, not boardroom theory.

Financial services team in strategic planning session

Financial services

Client advisory skills, risk-awareness training, compliance conversation frameworks, and leadership development programs tailored for banking, insurance, and fintech organizations.

Technology team collaborating in open-plan office

Technology and SaaS

Engineering-manager coaching, cross-team alignment workshops, stakeholder communication for technical leads, and scaling-culture programs for fast-growing product companies.

Result spotlight — Regional healthcare network

From 40% turnover to a waitlist of internal applicants

A 12-site healthcare network in Quebec was losing nursing supervisors faster than they could recruit them. Exit interviews pointed to one theme: new supervisors felt unprepared for the management side of the role.

We designed a six-month blended program combining monthly immersion days with weekly micro-challenges and peer coaching pods. The curriculum focused on difficult conversations, shift-scheduling negotiation, and upward feedback — the three scenarios supervisors found most stressful.

Within eighteen months, supervisor voluntary turnover dropped from 40% to 11%, and the network reported a waitlist of internal candidates for the next cohort.

Common questions

Most programs run between three and six months, including the diagnostic phase and the post-workshop reinforcement cadence. A standalone workshop can be delivered in one or two days, but we strongly recommend at least a 90-day reinforcement tail to protect your investment in behaviour change.
Absolutely. Our facilitation team is fully bilingual, and all materials are developed in both languages simultaneously — not translated after the fact. This matters because idiomatic nuance is where most training content loses its edge.
Yes. While our home base is Québec City, we regularly deliver on-site programs in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Atlantic Canada. Virtual and hybrid formats let us reach teams anywhere in the country without sacrificing the interactive, practice-heavy approach we are known for.
We find the sweet spot is between eight and twenty participants per cohort. Smaller groups get more individual coaching time; larger groups benefit from richer peer dynamics. For executive coaching engagements, we work one-on-one or in triads.
During the diagnostic phase we agree on two to four observable behaviour indicators with your leadership team. We baseline those indicators before the program, pulse-check them at 30, 60, and 90 days, and deliver a final impact report that ties behaviour shifts to business metrics you already track — things like cycle time, error rates, or employee engagement scores.
It is a 30-minute conversation where we learn about the challenge you are trying to solve, the teams involved, and any constraints around timing or budget. By the end of the call you will know whether our approach is a fit and what a rough engagement timeline would look like. There is no obligation and no sales pitch — just a candid conversation between professionals.
